MJCP and Seamus Byrne talk to Marc Edwards from IceTV, mere hours after the High Court handed down its judgment against the Nine Network, finding that IceTV had not infringed Nine's copyright. They discuss the case, as well as IceTV's methodologies, the implications of the decision for IceTV's future activities and what might happen when the National Broadband Network becomes reality. And no, I have no idea why Seamus was recording from a large cave.

Gah! For some reason the links to the podcast aren't working yet. No doubt they'll spring to life as soon as the podcast shows up on iTunes.

They're working now, I've just downloaded episode 4 and I'll listen to it shortly.

Not getting the Logo in ep 4 downloaded on the iPhone from the store...

The tags have been fixed by the host, but it appears there's a bug downloading this type of podcast direct to an iPhone or iPod touch. Hopefully this will be fixed by Apple soon.
